For the next Breakfast with Charter Member session at OPEN Lahore, we’re sitting down with Zafar Khan, a Caltech graduate, engineer, and tech pioneer. His take on entrepreneurship might surprise you: Patience, stubborn faith, and the willingness to keep trying new approaches are, he says, exactly what success is made of.

He has lived that idea. In 2004, Zafar founded Sofizar, which grew into a multimillion-dollar internet marketing and e-commerce company with clients around the world. Before that, he was one of the early team members at Gemstar, and today he holds several patents in electronics and advertising. Away from work, you’ll find him on his farm, and we hear he’s a pretty good horse rider too.
